Slightly chaotic. Initially very high level, extra layers added late in the process. Was waiting for an offer only to be told that the previous conversation *was* the offer and I'd only get it in writing after accepting,

The interview process was well-organized and moved quickly. At that time, the company was still under Dreamscape, and the HR team was approachable and welcoming. However, the starting salary offered was relatively low, and they did not place much emphasis on prior experience. Overall, the interview experience was smooth, and the entire process took about a week from start to finish.
