First-round was in-depth technical around QA automation, programming skills, Pytest framework questions, Performance testing, API testing, Automation framework architecture, database
Second Round - Another technical round with live programming, approach towards the problem, different scenarios, coding performance etc, , framework architecture and design patterns etc.
Third and Final round: Project manager round - He just asked about what I did in the past and what was my skill set and how I currently work in my assignments. It was an interaction rather than an interview.
Now the worst part and reason for 1 star- Even though I cleared the first 2 core technical interviews with out any issues, HR didn't care to share feedback for the 3rd round and it was only when I sent an email to HR team, they mentioned the feedback was not positive from Project manager (final round) and when asked in detail they never bothered to answer. So it was yet another unprofessional experience when instead of being honest HR simply put blame on candidate performance in a final interview (which by the way was just an interaction).
