The interview process overall was pretty standard. I was asked about my responsibilities in my current role; and discussed the achievements/accomplishments in my underwriting career. During the interview process I was required to complete a 50 question case study.

I had an initial phone screen. Completed a 45 minute assessment. Completed a three person panel interview. Was asked for reference, then radio silence. After a week I reached out to the HR rep with no response. Then a week later my application was moved from in process to inactive with no contact or feedback.

Interview
Interview process was comfortable met with management. The company uses some remote underwriters and will fly people in for interviews. Equipment needed for job was ready by second day of employment including log in credentials for multiple systems. Require skill test both prior to in person interview online and in person.
