Recruiter was very friendly and transparent. Really just looking for people who are committed to learn and work hard. Nothing technical in the interview. The interviewer really just wanted to get to know me and my resume.

I was contacted for a manager position, but felt more comfortable as a loan officer. The recruiter agreed to an interview for that position, and didn't bother to call during our scheduled time. I followed up on LinkedIn and he just ignored Me! Wow, so unprofessional! Glad I dodged a bullet with this company.

I was very enthusiastic on the phone, my profile is great, my attitude was great, but the interviewer was super mellow and unexcitable, I could have sworn that he's racist.
