It was a pretty straight forward process. It was two interviews. They asked great questions and very personable during the interview. It was literally like a conversation with a friend

Interview
First interview with HR and then a Microsoft teams meeting with the director. Director was nice and mostly just described the job and talked most of the time. I asked questions during and at the end which he answered and he also mentioned other positions that may be opening as well in the future. Pretty straightforward interview.
