Interview
I submitted a resume via an only job site. Was contacted by a recruiter to set up an interview. Interviewed via Video with HR, who might've been the recruiter as well.

HR: How's the weather?
Me: It's pretty cold.
HR: How cold?
Me: Roughly 60 degrees.
HR: *triggered* I'm in Toronto.
*maintains triggered attitude*
HR: We're looking for PM, who is more entrepreurial..
HR: Tell me about your previous Product experience
Me: I previously started a contact tracing software company. After designing the app and hiring developers, I fell in Product Management.
HR: *more triggered* Your resume doesn't state you were the founder!

Interview
I had a 30 minutes call with HR, then I had an assignment to send back in 3 days. The assignment was time consuming. Two weeks later, I received a basic rejection email without any details, I asked for more feedback, they didn't bother to respond.
This company was not worth my time.
