The interview process was smooth & a bit lengthy. However, the turnaround time was fast. Gave 2 rounds of interviews, then an assignment, and then the final round which was with the top management. I cleared all the rounds and received an offer and accepted it. After I accepted the offer I was supposed to join in a week but the company pulled the offer last minute and hired someone who was “referred internally”. The person who was hiring and coordinating the onboarding had no clue about it and said that the top management had already met someone and wanted to hire the same person. This is a classic example of “Unprofessional Behaviour” and “Politics” and “Lack of Communication” inside the company.
