The interview process at Nexagen was very unprofessional. The interview involved three representatives from the company, including the COO, a HR representative, and a network engineer. None of the interviewers were prepared to adequately describe the position, even when I tried to prod for more information. All of them seemed disinterested to what I was saying. The COO threw me a curveball by grilling me about my programming experience despite the position not involving any programming. He also got a call about five-ten minutes into the interview and left the interview never to return. After he, the interview was downhill from there. The HR rep. and network engineer had no idea how to proceed. The HR rep. and network engineer disappeared completely, not saying or asking much of me. I tried to carry the interview by asking tons of questions, but it was futile at that point. Not sure if they were tired or disinterested in me, but needless to say I did not receive the job.
