Nexcommunications interview questions

Initially, I did a phone interview with the Business Developer. Once I went to the next level, I did a phone interview with the manager of my department, and set up a face to face interview for a few weeks after (since I was initially in Buffalo, NY). I got to the interview, professionally dressed, and she was in jeans and flip flops. The interview as very informal, non informational, and didn't give me a precise description of the job.
