Duration of interview was 1 hour, consisted of presenting a project i had done at university and then questions on the project. The interview then moved to competency based questions do try and determine what I was like in a workplace and pressured environment. I was then asked about what quality meant for me and why I wanted to get a qualification role. This was followed by a few technical questions about p/n junctions and how to test components in lab as if they were being tested for years. There were three people interviewing me; a HR manager, a qualification engineer and the qualification manager. The interview didn't flow as they did not offer any responses to what I said and instead just moved on to the next question.
