Long and unnecessary, more than 3 interviews for a basic position and they just keep trying to pile it on. It takes too much time and is not worth the effort in the end

Interview
I started with an HR interview, the overall atmosphere was great (1 hour). Afterwards I went on to a technical interview with a group lead (approximately 1.5 hours), we talked about the company and my experience and moved on to the technical questions. Overall the process is very fair and pleasant.
