He was professional, fun, and was my biggest advocate and ally. The Hiring Manager, Brett, I can't say enough great things about him. He's a passionate leader that has a big vision for his org and it was a pleasure getting to know him throughout the candidate experience. He made himself readily available for conversations, always checked in on me after rounds of 1:1's, and even coached me and gave me feedback, which is so rare of hiring managers to do. Ultimately, I did not move forward in the process but I would jump for the opportunity to work with both Matt & Brett in the future.
