I applied online. I interviewed at Next Millennium
Interview
Firstly, I have to give it to the recruiter who was candid with me and set expectations throughout the experience and made sure if I was still confident to proceed during the process. I was informed that the hiring manager had already went through so many rounds with other candidates and doesn't seem to have a good grasp of what he's looking for—whether it's someone with media experience or just a good seller, none of them being synchronous. I moved to the round of speaking with him and I did not leave with the best impression of him. He was pressing me about my current role (that was relevant), almost interrogation style. At one point, he ranted about one of his old employees that he had fired and that was enough for me to draw my conclusion about him. Had I moved on to the next round, a presentation would've been required.

Question 1
Tell me about your experience and how it's relevant to this role
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Next Millennium (New York, NY) in Aug 2024
Interview
I was approached on LinkedIn by a third-party recruiter. Following a brief 15-minute phone screening, which started late, I was informed I would move on to the next round. This round consisted of another 30-minute call with the same recruiter, who again called late. Two weeks later, I received a generic rejection email.

Question 1
Tell me about yourself, what is your experience in adtech, are you comfortable in a start up enviornment?
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Next Millennium (New York, NY) in Oct 2023
Interview
Phone screen with CRO/COO. The call was extremely unstructured, he was yawning half the time on the call and was beyond unprepared. Had no set questions to ask, would ask questions that were already answered (due to him clearly not paying attention and looking like he was about to fall asleep on the call). He mentioned "we have trouble recruiting here".... after this interview - I have a clear vision into why....
