NextFirst Engineering Technologies interview questions

Applied Online via LinkedIn and was following up with calls and mails (non responsive. One day they called back and asked for an interview. I was in Bangalore Airport at that time returning back to Delhi. I dropped my flight and went for interview next day. Office is located outskirts of Bangalore. Office is somewhat small. 2-3 BHK. Ground floor people were working. 1st floor, I gave the interview. Basic Technical Questions. They told me I can use internet. I completed the test. Then they asked me for completing a part in Solid Works, which I also did. While I was completing my interview, COO was shouting to his Technical Head like anything. Technical Head seemed a very senior person. Now the COO took my interview. Everything went well. They offered me lunch and asked my to clean the utensils myself. That was strange that they could not keep a housekeeping person for such activity. I left the company premises and soon after (2-3 Hours) I got a call from HR that i have been selected. Current salary: 8 Lakh Offered Salary: 8.7 Lakh (not even 10% increment) Nonetheless I said yes on call and began asking about company policy and benefits and all. It was strange that when I asked about Number of leaves, HR did not give a clear answer and tried to deflect. But anyways, I though these things can be addressed later on. Then once I reached Delhi, I tried contacting HR again, but they ghosted me. It seems the leaves question irked them. But why ? Strange !! I tried on call, msg, mail. But no response.
