You have an initial interview with your manager and HR, then you have 4 interviews with people from different parts of the business. (very intense) They all have to agree in order for you to get the job.

I cant remember any specific questions unfortunately, but they were generally competency based.
Multiple 30-45 minute interviews meeting different people within the company. They provided the topics each interviewer was going to cover to prepare. The recruiter stays in touch with you the whole time to confirm how you're feeling about each step of the process.

Tell me about a time you had to demonstrate organization within your team.
Overall was fine. They asked typical questions around previous sales orgs and how my recent job was structured. Recruiter was friendly, but a bit unorganized. I also never heard back from the position.
