I applied online. I interviewed at Nextech Systems in Jan 2026
Interview
The interview process was structured and professional from start to finish. It began with an initial conversation with a recruiter to review my background, discuss role expectations, and align on compensation before moving into more detailed discussions with the hiring team. From there, I had three separate interviews with members of the Nextech marketing team, where we went deeper into my experience and how it would apply to the role.
Each step was clearly communicated, and timelines were shared in advance. I appreciated that the conversations focused not just on qualifications, but also on team fit and how the role supports the company’s broader goals.
The background verification process was thorough, which I expected, and the team remained responsive throughout. Overall, it was a well-organized and transparent process.

There were also behavioral questions around ownership and accountability, including describing a time a project didn’t go as planned and how I handled it.
