Nextech Systems interview questions

Five rounds - Phone Screen, Hiring Manager, SVP of Finance, Panel Interview, SVP of Product, all to be told "Yeah we're going with someone else." Waste of my time and effort over the past month.

The interview process was structured and professional from start to finish. It began with an initial conversation with a recruiter to review my background, discuss role expectations, and align on compensation before moving into more detailed discussions with the hiring team. From there, I had three separate interviews with members of the Nextech marketing team, where we went deeper into my experience and how it would apply to the role. Each step was clearly communicated, and timelines were shared in advance. I appreciated that the conversations focused not just on qualifications, but also on team fit and how the role supports the company’s broader goals. The background verification process was thorough, which I expected, and the team remained responsive throughout. Overall, it was a well-organized and transparent process.
