1. HR Manager- Reached out about the position. 2. Teams Meeting- 3 VP's and HR Manager on Interview. 3. Phone Call- 2 days later- Schedule On-Site Interview. 4. On-Site Interview- Battle Creek, MI. Facility. 5. I received an Invite for the on-site interview with NO AGENDA! I took three tests, I took a plant tour, and squeezed in lunch on-site, and spoke to a Sales Rep. who's been with the company for 30 years. The Invite I received had 10am-2pm ET. The testing, and Plant Tour, Lunch, and we tried to connect with that Sales Rep. twice. When, I looked up at the clock it was near 3pm ET. So, not having an Agenda sent to me was a first in my career. I've interviewed hundreds of people and we always provided an Agenda to the candidates. So, we stay on schedule.
