While the company itself seems like a great place to work at first sight, my experience with the hiring process was horrible. After an introductory call/interview with Matilda, I followed up multiple times over several weeks to request feedback or an update, four times in total, with no response or a promise to get back to me within a week. This didn't happen.

The lack of communication throughout the process made the experience frustrating and disappointing.
