Interview
The worst thing about the interview was that a non technical person interviewed about the technical stuff. She had just some basic technical stuff crammed up and could barely understand what I was saying. Even I said to her that I worked with Postgress, MySql in my intro. But again she asked later what database I have worked with

2nd round- general screening round (online)
3rd round - technical interview (online)
4th round - HR round/managerial round (on-site)
The interviewer was a little intimidating but not too bad. The HR recruiter I was in contact with, was very helpful throught the process and was even generous enough to give a valuable feedback about my interview, which helped me prepare better for my next interviews.
