Interview
Standard format: first was an initial phone screen with the IT Manager of Americas. That led to a Teams interview with him and the VP of Technology. After that, though was radio silence. Even if I weren't chosen to meet with the CEO, the professional choice would be to at least reject me via email rather than ghosting.

Horrible interview process, outside of the initial Microsoft Teams screening. Two rounds of assessments and a complete waste of time. Avoid this company. If this is how they operate with just BS interview tactics, they have to be a miserable place to work.

quick, a round with HR, hiring manager and President. More of a get to know YOU. Kept it informal, easy, quick First round was a little disorganized but later caught on to better communication.
