Interview
Interview Details
My interview experience with Niagara Bottling was unprofessional and disappointing. The hiring manager joined the call about 10 minutes late because he was still in another meeting. I had to contact the recruiter to confirm whether the interview was still happening, and the response I received was essentially, “This happens,” which did not inspire confidence.
When the hiring manager finally joined, it was clear he had just stepped out of a conference room and could barely hear me due to background noise. The conversation felt rushed, unstructured, and without any meaningful engagement. There was no proper introduction, no discussion about the role, no conversation about the team or responsibilities, and no indication that the interviewer was prepared.
The interview ultimately ended without any substance — no clear questions, no notes being taken, and no understanding of my background or why I was being considered. It did not feel like a genuine evaluation of my experience or qualifications, and at times the tone made me feel uncomfortable and not treated fairly.

Interview questions [1]
Question 1
The hiring manager asked a question about my previous employment, but there were no leadership-focused questions, which I expected for a manager-level role. There was also no clear discussion about the responsibilities, expectations, or vision for the position, which made the conversation feel disconnected and unstructured.
