The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Niagara Bottling (Glendora, CA)
Interview
Recruiter forgot to call me during our scheduled phone interview time. In person interview was awkward and disorganized at best. The interviewer couldn’t find the correct room at first. The second interviewer showed up 10 min into the interview and seemed annoyed to be there. Questions were bizarre not really position or experience focused.

very bad experience. They invited you to an onsite interview and will ghost you for a month with reject email. Totally waste of my time.
But overall interview question is pretty easy
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Niagara Bottling in Jul 2021
Interview
Interview process was quite swift and the response from recruiting teams was amazing. There was a clear mismatch in expectations which ultimately led me deny the offer I received from them

I applied online. I interviewed at Niagara Bottling (Stockton, CA) in Oct 2020
Interview
Not a bad process overall, and decent interviews...but I was really disappointed and discouraged about the lack of follow up, post interview. I was basically "offered" the position after the interview, only to be "ghosted" by the two most "senior" management and hr personnel that seemed to be really enthusiastic about me as a candidate...I was even taken on a 30 minute tour afterwards, and brought into the office for a brief view of the onboarding packet. I felt that it was really unprofessional to not respond to 6 emails inquiring about my status. Even a "no" response would have been preferable, but if that is the way they treat candidates, I can only assume that it is reflective of the culture...glad I dodged that bullet now!
