Easy, mellow, and fairly informal. Just feel like you're talking to good people. Came in, sat down, and within 10 minutes or so I was out the door. Felt very comfortable speaking to my soon-to-be manager and supervisor.

The hiring process was a very positive one me. There was mutual familiarity through my seasonal work with the company with allowed a level of comfort I feel I would not have enjoyed in an unfamiliar setting. Correspondence between myself and the assigned recruiter was prompt and amicable. Interviewer was very relaxed which also helped me to be at ease during the interview.
