Nice N Easy Grocery interview questions

Pretty laid back. One on one with the manager in the front part of the store. Little weird at first, not being an office and all, but you get used to it quickly. Pretty straight forward. If you smile and show good determination you'll be fine.

My manager took the time to discusse the different postions. She aslso statee that with my scores on my personality test as weill as the other test and based on my experience she allowed me to choose the hours that best fit my neeeds. She gave me a tour of the store and introduced me to the other colleagues. She added me on as a regular cashier, within 4 moths i was training to become the Food Service Manager and Director, she felt my personality and work ethic spoke for itself!
