NiceJob has a great interview process. The process consisted of: - a coding challenge (leetcode style) - an interview to discuss past experiences - a hybrid system design / coding interview - a discussion on the company's values At every stage the interviewers were friendly and passionate, I really enjoyed talking with them all and felt excited about joining the company. In two of the interviews, the team began by asking me start with my questions for them and gave me plenty of time to discuss the topics I wanted to discuss. I really appreciated this, it gave me a lot more insight into the company than you usually get when you're given 5 minutes to ask questions as the end of the interview.
