Interview
Resume and cover letter after seeing a posting on Craig's List. Telephone interview a week later. In-person interview with manager the next week; third interview with all support staff the following week. After another week a job offer was made by telephone and by certified letter, followed by extensive paperwork from human resources. Started the following week (5 weeks total process).

Interview
Very straightforward. I had a single interview with the two managers of the Political Reports Specialists. I wasn’t picked for the position at first, but when a new spot opened up, I was given an offer.

Interview
Interview with the managers followed by an interview with potential coworkers. It was nice getting to meet potential coworkers after speaking with the managers. Overall, I would recommend that they do this with all potential new hires.
