Interview process was smooth. I liked the questions asked. It seemed really easy. It felt different than other interviews I've had. I waited a little past my time but it wasn't a big deal. Overall it was a good experience.

Question 1
Do I like to cook / what is my favorite thing to cook
I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Niemann Foods (Springfield, IL) in Jan 2016
Interview
Overall they are quite nice, everything seemed fine when the interview process began. The woman who interviewed me asked a lot of usual questions and asked a few about my personal life and why I would want to have the job. They like to have people be interested in their company so I would suggest bring a few questions to ask them while they interview you.

Where do you see yourself in 5 years?
What skills have you used while working in retail that can help you succeed in our company?
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Niemann Foods (Urbana, IL) in Jun 2011
Interview
I received a call from a very pleasant woman who wanted to conduct an interview. I cannot recall her name, but I believe she does all the hiring for the CU area. She did a great job making me feel comfortable and answering questions. Her questions were fairly basic and not too difficult. During the beginning training, myself and some other new hires were all given a bunch of pens and bacon. It was a good time.
