Two rounds, and after the final round - there was no reply nor feedback from the headhunter and the company, to conclude or to thank me for the time. Really poor recruitment practices.

Several rounds of interview, first with HR, then with hiring manager, finally with head of department. They get back to you quite quickly. Interviews are always arranged around 10am. Each interview lasts around an hour

Interview
Had to go down for a physical interviews 5 times before getting rejected. The sheer amount of interview rounds, it shows a lack of respect for candidate's time, especially when they have to make special arrangements with current employers to take time off during office hours.
