Nili Lotan interview questions

I went through multiple rounds of interviews with Nili Lotan, including a nearly two-hour in-person meeting. After a significant time investment, my final interview was cancelled at very short notice, which I was understanding of and tried to be flexible with rearranging. Following that, email communication tapered off entirely, even after I politely followed up multiple times and I have not received any formal update or closure. This felt unprofessional and dismissive given the level of engagement required throughout the process. A brief follow-up would have gone a long way.

The process was fine. I got an offer but the interviewers were strange. I asked favorite part of the job and they said when the CEO comes in…. I could understand if it was at a brand like goop where the CEO is a movie star but I didn’t get great energy.
