I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at NimbleRx in Nov 2025
Interview
I had one of the worst interview experiences of my career here. While I genuinely enjoyed my conversations with the CEO and the recruiter, my onsite interview was handled very poorly by one of the engineers.
The interviewer was dismissive and abrupt from the start — offering an extremely minimal introduction or context before immediately jumping into a problem, handing me a marker, and saying “write me this.” He ended the session roughly 40 minutes early without any warning and spent the remaining time asking if I had questions, which created an uncomfortable dynamic especially since he had less years of experience than me.
Throughout the problem, he appeared to agree with what I was doing, so I thought things were going fine. Instead, without any feedback or explanation, he abruptly left the room and had his shadower come in to tell me that the rest of my interviews were canceled. He didn’t even tell me himself or explain why. It was so disrespectful and left me completely confused.
He seemed inexperienced (only about a year out of school) and struggled to answer my questions clearly. I didn’t even apply for this role; the recruiter reached out to me. Given that, the way this was handled left me with a very negative impression of the company’s culture and professionalism. The interaction also left me wondering whether there were other underlying factors influencing the decision, as the behavior felt unusually dismissive and abrupt. I've never experienced this treatment in my career.

First it is recruiter call, then schedule to meet the manager, then technical phone interview. After these are 4 rounds of onsite interviews. Pretty standard process and tech interview problems
