I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Nimesa Technologies in May 2022
Interview
One of the worst interviews I have attended.
The panel briefed about the company and said they might consider the role after completing the interview, whether it's sales or development. And later asked me to brief them about my resume, once I started, they stopped me in the middle and asked for my current and expected salaries. After answering that question they started saying you are not capable of this job, you don't have proper work experience, we want only capable people.
I didn't understand without even asking a single technical question and without listening till I complete the briefing on my resume, how can they judge my capabilities.

Interview
1. Online Assessment:
- The first step was an online assessment, which I received a link to after submitting my application.
- The test included a mix of aptitude, logical reasoning, and basic technical questions. It was timed and required careful attention to detail.
2. Coding Round (LeetCode):
- After passing the online assessment, I was invited to a coding round hosted on LeetCode.
- I had to solve several algorithmic and data structure problems within a specified time. The problems ranged from easy to hard, testing my problem-solving skills and coding proficiency.
3. Technical Interviews:
- I progressed to the technical interview stage, which consisted of three rounds.
- Each interview focused on different aspects: one was centered around system design, another on advanced algorithms and data structures, and the third on domain-specific questions relevant to the role I was applying for.
- I was asked to solve problems in real-time while explaining my thought process to the interviewers.
4. HR Interview:
- The final step was an interview with the HR team.
- This interview was more conversational, discussing my background, career aspirations, and how I would fit into the company culture.
