Nine Hertz Senior Flutter Developer Interview interview questions

I went through a lengthy interview process with this company, consisting of three rounds over the span of nearly a month. I was informed that I had been selected, and discussions began around the offer. However, despite clearly sharing my expected salary in advance, I was offered an amount far below my expectations without any proper explanation or flexibility. Throughout the process, communication from HR was disappointing — I had to follow up multiple times each week via calls and emails just to get basic updates. Ultimately, after repeated follow-ups, I was told that the position had been filled, and the reason given was my delay, which felt unfair and misleading, as I had been the one initiating all communication. Overall, the experience was disorganized and unprofessional, especially for a candidate who had cleared all interview rounds and was proactively engaged. I hope the company improves its hiring process and communication in the future.
