I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at NinjaOne (Austin, TX) in Jul 2025
Interview
Really nice only having two rounds to the interview process (including the initial screening). They were able to accommodate around my time constraints which was also nice. Second round required a mock call and a ~10 minute presentation project, which was kind of annoying because I was cut off early and didn't even finish presenting (I wasn't going overtime). I felt great after the interview and really confident... and got a rejection two days later. The frustrating part was that, even when I asked, I wasn't given any constructive feedback or concrete reasoning as to why I wasn't chosen.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at NinjaOne (Oldsmar, FL)
Interview
Step one is a 30-minute screening call with the recruiter
Step two is a Zoom meeting with one of the SDR managers.
Step three is an in-person interview with two SDR managers, following a presentation about the company that you must present to whoever is interviewing.
The whole process took about 1-2 weeks.
I applied online. I interviewed at NinjaOne (Austin, TX) in May 2026
Interview
The first interview was overwhelmingly positive, and minimal knowledge of the company was required. The second interview required a good amount of preparation, especially if you are not experienced in cold calling. The Sales Managers were supportive and friendly while maintaining professionalism. They gave good feedback and asked good questions. I left with a very positive impression of the company.
