Our interview was arranged by a recruiter. The recruiter only shared the job description to me after the company has decided to interview me after looking at my resume shared by the recruiter. I already felt quiet a mismatch between the job description and what kind of job I asked the recruiter to introduce me to. Anyway, I just decided to go through the interview process. The interview felt awkward since we both felt that it's really a mismatch. He seems to be uninterested and maybe felt like I was wasting his time. Out of curiosity, I asked him about the company culture. And his answer was "we are a 2billion dollar company!". Arrogant!

Very redundant and disorganized. Prepare to interview individually with lots of people asking the same questions. Most of the people don't even seem prepared for the interview. You walk away wondering why everyone's time is being wasted.

Bom. Foram 2 etapas com o RH e com o gestor dá área, foi bem rápido possível eles tinham muita urgência nas contratações, o retorno foi muito rápido também.
