Applied through an internal referral. Received a code challenge shortly after application. Finished the code challenge and sent back one day later. Later I've sent several emails asking about their feedback. Every time, the answer was about the same,"We're very interested", "You're on our radar", "You will be hearing from us shortly", etc. But it's been about two months so far, I haven't heard anything from them yet, no offers, no interviews, no rejections, nothing. I also sent an email to the hiring manager to see if I'm still on their list and he didn't reply. I don't know what's going on there.It's a very bad experience.
