I spoke first with a recruiter in a phone screen. I was scheduled for an interview quickly afterword. I interviewed with two technical leaders from the company. I was contacted the following date with an offer.

I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Nokē (Salt Lake City, UT) in Jan 2020

Interview

Call with a recruiter only. Asked very few questions, got right to salary expectations. When I gave expectations I received a "shocked laugh" from the recruiter and was told that would not be possible. The recruiter was very ill-informed about tech and was there more or less to rule out based on financial information.
