1) Initial phone interview with recruiter
2) Panel interview with team leads at office. Here you will be given a description of the position and asked to describe your job experiences. No formal structure or traditional situational questions asked. Essentially the team leads are deciding if they think you will be a fit for their team. Basically if they like your personality you're hired, not you're skill set (check the turnover rates for jobs who take that approach). You will also shadow a broker meaninglessly
- Interestingly everyone from the recruiter to the team managers ask for your feedback (give you their business cards) after the interview yet no one will respond to your emails asking for feedback.
I was interviewed by 2 managers and they asked me a series of questions. Most of the questions were geared toward situations and your previous experience. They want to know how you will react in certain situations.

Great process and very informative. The process was a dual procedure interview where you begin over the phone and finish up with a zoom call. Be advised you will need a computer to interview for this as it may hinder the interview
