I applied online. I interviewed at Nolan Transportation Group (Chicago, IL) in Aug 2017
Interview
I applied online and had a phone screen two days later. The conversation lasted for about 15 min. with a recruiter who went over basic information about the position/company and asked me a few basic questions. Three days later, I had another interview with a recruiter that was also about 15 min. The recruiter asked me some behavioral questions and went a bit deeper into my work history. My third interview was immediately scheduled for the following week which was in-person. I met with 2 managers who asked the some of the same or similar questions as the previous interviews (e.g. What do you like to do for fun?, What interested you about this position? Tell me about a time where you had a difficult customer and how did you resolve it?) After the interview which lasted for about 20 min, I got to shadow someone which lasted for at least 35 min. While I did enjoy being able to see what a typical day was like, there was loud music playing constantly. I was also asked to dress business professional for the interview which also didn't match the very casual attire of the managers or the employees within the office. As another interviewee pointed out, the work culture gives off a "frat house" vibe. Decided that the work culture was not for me and opted out of the interviewing process.
I applied through university. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Nolan Transportation Group in Sept 2021
Interview
My interviews were scheduled efficiently and with care. The team are great commutators, while at the same time being professional. I felt like they cared about my experience. Would recommend

Interview
First, I had a 20 minute phone interview in which the position was described and basic questions were asked about my background. At the end, I was told that they wanted to move forward with a zoo interview. During that interview, behavioral questions were asked, but it wasn't too hard.
