The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Nolan Transportation Group (Charleston, SC)
Interview
The interview process was strange. Someone with NTG reached out to me via linked in. I spoke with her, got through to the personality assessment, and then was asked to do an in-person interview. They specifically ask you to wear business attire even though the entire staff is dressed in shorts and a t-shirt, including the people interviewing you. The office has loud music playing when you arrive, so it’s a bit different from what you might expect elsewhere.
The first phase of the in person interview was decent, but then they throw you out into the office to shadow somebody and it’s a bit chaotic from there. The job really is meant for someone who is super fast paced and is fine with just meeting quotas. I didn’t get a good sense that they care very much for customer service unless they had already locked a customer in and even then it was basic service at best.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Nolan Transportation Group (Grand Rapids, MI) in Nov 2021
Interview
I was contacted by a recruiter, then a recruiter directly from NTG prior to setting me up with a zoom call with the GM. The recruiter calls were very informative and both encouraged me to reach out if I ever had questions. 45 minute zoom interview with the GM where I was told I would be offered a position!

Question 1
The C.A.R.L. Method is used, so a lot of situational questions, tell me about a time when, etc.
I applied online. I interviewed at Nolan Transportation Group in Oct 2020
Interview
Started with a basic phone interview with a company recruiter, which moved to a virtual interview over zoom with my direct superiors. It was a very easy process which made it easy to connect.

Question 1
What was one time that I failed and how did I handle it?
The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Nolan Transportation Group (New York, NY)
Interview
There were 3 interviews. The first was to talk about the position and see if it was a good fit for you. The second was more focused on how you would do in the position to see if you are a good fit for the role. The next interview is a group interview in which you get to know more in depth about the company, the position, and the management for that team. It was a very upbeat process and I thoroughly enjoyed it.
