My interview experience with Nolan Transportation Group was fantastic. It started off with a phone call and then immediately setting up an in person interview. They always responded quickly and the turnaround was extremely fast. The interviewers made me feel so comfortable and it wasn't an interrogation, it was more of a conversation. They asked plenty of questions about my background in order to get to know me. Overall it was the best interview experience I've ever had.

When was a time you had to deal with a difficult situation? (They based the questions on my resume, and I play softball. So it was geared to how I told my coach issues going on within the team)

Interview
Initial phone interview with hiring department, then I was referred to have a , zoom meeting with who would be my direct supervisors. What I liked was the fact they sent a interview guide line for the zoom meeting.

The recruiter first reached out to me where we then scheduled a phone interview. At the end of the phone call we scheduled a virtual interview. Everyone was very nice and easy to talk to.
I received a call from a recruiter regarding a phone interview. My second phase of the interview process was via zoom. I enjoyed getting to know my manager via zoom.
