Interview
first round, and then superday, four 30mins interviews, including one reading(sale trading strategy), and then 3 one on one interview, such as motivation, interests, internship, technical questions: news, investments)It is very normal and professional

Other Global Markets Analyst interview reviews for Nomura
2 rounds with cv grilling and related Q/A.
After that if you are selected then an HR round.
Process started with a GD.
It is OK even if you don't know much about finance but should know trading basics.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Basic CV related Questions and in depth on finance related
3 written questions to submit along with basic CV, etc.
2 phone interviews back to back in the line of business people
1 assessment day which is basically just a bunch of interviews
You may or may not need to do an additional interview after that.
I was a bit shocked that they changed the interview to in-person literally last minute (less than 24 hours before the supposed-to-be online assessment day)
