Started with the usual application form and video interview. This was followed up with a 30 minute phone interview with someone from sales. The interview was a mix of behavioural and technical questions, such as pitching a trade idea based on current markets.
Got invited to an assessment day consisting of 3 x 30 minute interview at their office. Format was the same as above, with interviews with 2 people from sales and 1 trader. Mostly behavioural and technical, and 1 brainteaser thrown in as well.
