You will receive an e-mail asking for you to schedule an interview. The interview process includes a 15-20 minute phone interview, a mock coaching session with a fake client on the Noom app, and then a video interview.
Pros- I thought everyone was very professional, kind, helpful, and laid back
A big con is that after going through the entire interview process and getting positive feedback on my interview, they told me that I lived in state where I was not approved to be a health coach. My suggestion to they is to please put on any job ads the actual states where people are permitted to coach. I obviously would not have applied and went through the whole stressful interview process had I know this.

Question 1
Why do you feel you'd be a good fit for this position?
A few rounds of interviews with leadership and then presented with a case study for a theoretical user of Noom of how to assist them through menu selection at a popular restaurant chain.
Interview process included a mock interview (digital) and a virtual 1:1 meeting with a Heath Coach. My 1:1 meeting ended up being a phone call rather than a virtual meeting.
