Online application (25 minutes, timed) with situational questions, mock coaching session with a “fake client” on a Google doc, and a final Zoom 1-1 interview with someone from the leadership team

Situational questions, like “how would you handle User A’s problem?”
A few rounds of interviews with leadership and then presented with a case study for a theoretical user of Noom of how to assist them through menu selection at a popular restaurant chain.
Interview process included a mock interview (digital) and a virtual 1:1 meeting with a Heath Coach. My 1:1 meeting ended up being a phone call rather than a virtual meeting.
