Interview
After an extensive Interview process and doing my research, I can honestly say that Noom does really choose the right candidates for the job. I will say I was a bit nervous and anxious after every step through the interview process. Just because I had read all the glassdoor reviews, however, I made it through and received an offer.
My tip is to do your research and to be yourself. That's all you can do. Don't fret if they dont hire you. It just means it wasnt meant to be.
After submitting a self-recorded video introducing yourself, if accepted, you are invited to a video interview. The conversation explores your background, education and experience, as well as goals for your career. It was relaxed but professional.

Why do you feel you'd be a good fit for this position?
A few rounds of interviews with leadership and then presented with a case study for a theoretical user of Noom of how to assist them through menu selection at a popular restaurant chain.
Interview process included a mock interview (digital) and a virtual 1:1 meeting with a Heath Coach. My 1:1 meeting ended up being a phone call rather than a virtual meeting.
