Interview
I found the application on Indeed and got a response within the week asking me to fill out a series of scenario questions and upload a 1 minute video of myself. I got a response again very promptly indicating that I would be moving into the next phase, which was a zoom call that lasted about 15 minutes (although it was scheduled to last 30 minutes). I heard back within the week and got an email with an unofficial offer and a link to a google survey to ask for the offer letter plus details of employment. Again within the week, I received an official offer letter.
After submitting a self-recorded video introducing yourself, if accepted, you are invited to a video interview. The conversation explores your background, education and experience, as well as goals for your career. It was relaxed but professional.

Question 1
Why do you feel you'd be a good fit for this position?
A few rounds of interviews with leadership and then presented with a case study for a theoretical user of Noom of how to assist them through menu selection at a popular restaurant chain.
Interview process included a mock interview (digital) and a virtual 1:1 meeting with a Heath Coach. My 1:1 meeting ended up being a phone call rather than a virtual meeting.
