It was great! They were very repsonsive throughout! It took a couple weeks to hear back from the initial application but after that they updated me with next steps within a few hours most times. On the waitlist now!

Question 1
Most of the questions were around how I would deal with specific work situations such as being overwhelmed, rapidly changing environment or stuff like that.
After submitting a self-recorded video introducing yourself, if accepted, you are invited to a video interview. The conversation explores your background, education and experience, as well as goals for your career. It was relaxed but professional.

Why do you feel you'd be a good fit for this position?
A few rounds of interviews with leadership and then presented with a case study for a theoretical user of Noom of how to assist them through menu selection at a popular restaurant chain.
Interview process included a mock interview (digital) and a virtual 1:1 meeting with a Heath Coach. My 1:1 meeting ended up being a phone call rather than a virtual meeting.
