Very straight forward interview process. Thirty to forty minute interview with three people (1 HR and 2 from the Validation Department). Easy going interview, not rushed and adequate time between interviews so I did not have to spend time with other candidates.
Contract of employment was sent and returned via post.

Interview
I was interviewed (on Zoom) by a panel of 3 people (1 from HR and 2 from the QA Validation department). I was asked 3-4 questions by the HR representative (general questions about my background, what I knew about Norbrook and to why I wished to join the company and this job in particular) and then 3-4 questions by the representatives from the QA Validation department (more validation related questions - testing my knowledge).

took 4 weeks to be called for interview, after interview waited 3 weeks for a response on interview outcome. two persons interviewing, hr and technical. mostly technical interview about 40 questions in total . make sure you do your research ! they focus alot on what you know.
