I worked through a staffing agency that recommended me to the company. The first meeting was with the direct supervisor. I met two other people who were conversational. The last person I met with was the department manager who was friendly, but she asked questions that you could tell were pulled from the internet with a psychological slant to them.

The direct supervisor had a list of questions about experience. The department manager used a list of questions that was more about personality and less about the job.
