Majority of interview questions are behavioural style with some technical questions depending on the type of job you are applying for. You may also need to do a personality/behaviour assessment online. I have been through the interview process 5 times and the interview panel consists of 2-4 managers. For the behaviour questions, they are looking for you to describe the situation, what you did and what the outcome was.
